An institute left spreadsheets behind and now sees its whole operation on one screen.
The problem
Students, schedules, attendance, transport and fuel lived in separate files. Each monthly report took days, and nobody fully trusted the numbers.
Impact
−90%time spent on reports
1system instead of 12 files
My role
Sole developer. I gathered requirements with leadership, modeled the database and built the API and frontend. I still run its maintenance.
Technical decisions
One PostgreSQL schema with per-module permissions, so a schedule change can’t break attendance.
Live streaming of classes and events, with recordings stored on Cloudflare R2.
Server-generated reports exported to PDF, ready to hand in.
